time ahead of Alexis Pinturault, whilst another Frenchman, Thomas Mermillod Blondin, finished third.

Frenchman Alexis Pinturault produced a storming slalom to claim the Super-Combined event at Wengen, whilst Carlo Janka
gave the home crowd something to cheer as Switzerland at last got someone on the podium with his 3rd place.
