Given the glitzy image of skiing, and the cool image of snowboarding, it's no surprise to find plenty of celebrities getting into the sport and hitting the slopes. Many swanky resorts will embrace high-profile visitors, as it can raise the profile and image of their resort more than any other publicity. Deer Valley Resort, in Utah, even has an annual Celebrity Skifest every December !
