City Review - Luzern

Luzern (also referred to as Lucerne, and Lucerna) is obviously a city rather than a ski resort but it's worth including a section on it because (a) there is some skiing close by, and (b) it's such a fantastic city that it's well worth considering combining a city break and a few days of skiing if you get the opportunity.
