FIS World Cup Men's Slalom Most Successful Nations

Austria and Sweden top the table here, with 9 slalom titles, although obviously 8 of the Swedish titles have been won by the legend that is Ingemar Stenmark. Some of the years have had joint winners from the same nationality, when this has occurred we've counted this as just one title for that nation. So, for instance, in 1969 France effectively had 3 Slalom champions, as 3 out of the 4 joint winners were French (Russel, Penz and Augert), but we've just counted this as a single title for France.

Number of Titles Nation Years
9 Austria 1969 1997 1998 1999 2001 2004 2005 2007 2010
